General Data Protection Regulation When we collect and use personal information about you, we are regulated under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) which applies across the European Union (including in the United Kingdom) and we are responsible as controller of that personal information for the purposes of those laws. Transfer of Your Information Out of the EEA Globed Learning and Consultancy Services, Inc. is a UK based entity and, as such, any interaction with this website is processed in the UK as well as your country of origin. The Personal Information you provide will be shared with Globed employees in the UK, as well as the partners and their employees in your country of origin within the European Union, including the United Kingdom. This is because Globed and its partners utilize shared software, IT hosting and maintenance, with servers located in UK and the European Union. No third parties have access to your personal information unless the law allows them to do so. We will not transfer your personal data outside of the EEA or the United Kingdom or to any organization (or subordinate bodies) governed by public international law or which is set up under any agreement between two or more countries. Maintenance of Your Information We are required to maintain information provided to us for a period of six (6) years for legal, audit and regulatory purposes.
